It’s an exciting challenge!

• Approach customers/potential customers to be responsible for REVENUE and GROSS PROFIT by designing and implementing the strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
• Analyse industry trends and results to develop Business Development strategy including consulting the Management team for Business growth.
• Coordinate with Operation departments to deliver high-qualified services to clients.
• Work with HR department to recruit sales staffs and evaluate individual’s performance.
• Directly report to the Management team.

How to become the one we need?

• Bachelor degree and above
• At least 2 year-experienced in the same industry and business development position
• Experiences and knowledge in e-Commerce, SEO, PPC, Digital Marketing and social media
• Leadership and management ability: to analyse and evaluate business opportunities

• Independent working & teamwork as well
• Ability to self-plan, manage multiple projects and clients.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills: oral, writing, negotiation, self-branding
• Ability to influence and successfully convince the clients in professional manners.
